We have booked rooms in different hotels. We inform you that finding accommodation in Barcelona will be difficult due to the celebration on a really big conference on the dame dates, so we strongly recommend you an early booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation cancellations must be made in writing to ACTIVA Congresos, not to the hotel.
Cancellations before 30th July will not have any penalty.
Cancellations from 31st July and in case of no-show: the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
We accept changes in the name of the reservation, but please inform in writing to ACTIVA Congresos, not to the hotel.
